- Delay in software downloading and communication.
- Loss of email
- When the client’s mail server or the mail application have marked the messages as SPAM
- Unanticipated postponement
- Any postponement due to irresponsible disputes
- In case when the software downloading or the activation mail message is bounced by the sender or receiver mail server.
- After purchasing the software and completion of the desired process, now you don’t need the software anymore
- If a user accidentally purchased the software want to remove it from your system.
- In case of purchasing the wrong product.
- Any problem pertaining to the software working after purchasing.
- If the software purchased by you is not compatible with the platform you are working with.
- If there is any delay due to weekends.
- When the basic requirements of the software are not be supported by your system and you are unable to use the software.
Refund is not provided in the following situations
- When the purchased software is unable to execute the process as promised and similarly any other software (available in the market) is also unable to perform the same process, then refund process will not be initialized.
