With Demo edition you can easily analyze and decide the level to which our software will prove to be helpful and useful to you. If it is found that there is difference between the results of the DEMO edition and Licensed Edition, only then your case will be considered for refund process.


Refund will be applicable only in the situation where DEMO/TRIAL version for the software has a feature, which is missing in the licensed edition or the full edition fails to showcase that feature.

Refund Guidelines

Customers who buy MailsMagic software from any of our website or through our authorized resellers, are fully entitled for refund of MailsMagic software before 30 days from the date of purchase. But the reason for refund should be associated with the following guidelines :

  • Software must be purchased directly from the MailMagic site or any authorized reseller of MailsMagic
  • If it is found that the published material of the MailMagic products have been misinterpreted for promotion, it is client’s responsibility to get accurate software information from MailsMagic support team.
  • A solution will be provided only when the licensed edition of the software works partially but not fully.
  • In the situation when the licensed edition of the software fails to do the operation it was intended to do, users can contact our technical support team at any time. After thorough analyzing of all the related problems, our technical experts will provide the best possible solution. If the problem still persists and is not resolved by our technical team, then we will refund your money (excluding TAX/ Shipping and handling / Commission etc.).

Refund can be Claimed under the following conditions

  • When the user is able to perform a particular operation with the DEMO edition of the software, but the same function is disabled or missing in the licensed edition.
  • When MailsMagic Support team is unable to resolve users’ problems and fails to provide desired solution.

MailsMagic is NOT RESPONSIBLE for

  • Delay in software downloading and communication.
  • Loss of email
  • When the client’s mail server or the mail application have marked the messages as SPAM
  • Unanticipated postponement
  • Any postponement due to irresponsible disputes
  • In case when the software downloading or the activation mail message is bounced by the sender or receiver mail server.
  • After purchasing the software and completion of the desired process, now you don’t need the software anymore
  • If a user accidentally purchased the software want to remove it from your system.
  • In case of purchasing the wrong product.
  • Any problem pertaining to the software working after purchasing.
  • If the software purchased by you is not compatible with the platform you are working with.
  • If there is any delay due to weekends.
  • When the basic requirements of the software are not be supported by your system and you are unable to use the software.

Refund is not provided in the following situations

  • When the purchased software is unable to execute the process as promised and similarly any other software (available in the market) is also unable to perform the same process, then refund process will not be initialized. But if the other software can execute the same process accurately, then user can claim the refund.
  • In case DEMO version has not be used for software analyzing and performing execution, refund cannot be initialized or claimed.
  • In case when user denies or fails to upload their files to our FTP lab server (for our technical support team to check and correct the problem), in case of software failure.
  • When the software is capable to successfully perform 30% of the total execution, then in that case also, users can’t claim for refund.
